Logbook is used for the default site template, which you can download from GitHub (This link)

This template is simple, optimal and without special complexity and you can easily use it.

You can view or edit the template from views/Logbook and views/Shared/_LayoutLogbook, and the files of this template are also located in wwwroot/template/logbook.
